We make cotton twill in three Concert Cap colorways, each a flat brim with rope:

Why twill caps sell
- Cotton twill is a classic blank fabric shops and decorators already know, so it fits boutiques, gift shops, coffee shops, record stores, breweries, bands and lifestyle brands.
- Soft colors like light navy, snow and seafoam stand out next to the usual black and olive blanks.
- The rope adds a second color without a second decoration step, so a one-color logo still looks finished.

How they fit
Every Lemon cap is one size with an adjustable plastic snapback, so you don't have to stock a size run. The crown is medium-stiff and mid-height, and most people wear it on the second or third snap. For more detail, see how a snapback should fit and our FAQs.
Decorating twill caps
The front panel takes embroidery, patches, screen print and DTG. Smooth cotton twill takes a clean stitch and holds a one-color logo well. Most decorators keep the logo centered above the rope so it stays clear of the brim. Wholesale pricing
Blank caps are priced by the total number of caps in the order, and you can mix twill caps with any of our other styles and colors:
- 12 to 143 caps: $6.95 per cap
- 144 to 499 caps: $6.25 per cap
- 500 to 999 caps: $5.75 per cap
- 1,000+ caps: $5.25 per cap
The minimum is 12 caps. Wholesale orders ship free in the US and leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Decorated orders are quoted separately. Caps are made in China.
