The soft, ridged texture gives a cap a vintage, lived-in look that reads warmer than plain twill, and it gives a logo a lot of character. Our corduroy cap styles
We make corduroy in two flat-brim snapback styles, each in soft, faded colors:
- The Concert Cap. A flat brim with a white rope across the front for a retro look: Deep Teal Corduroy, our best seller, and Mint Corduroy, a light mint green.
- The Gym Teacher. Inspired by the old coach's hat, with a flat brim, no rope and a clean, throwback look: Collegiate Navy, Buttermilk, a smooth cream, and Smoked Salmon, a soft salmon pink.

Why corduroy caps sell
- The texture makes a simple one-color logo look richer, so it doesn't need a busy design.
- They have a vintage, laid-back look that works for breweries, bands, coffee shops, boutiques and outdoor brands alike.
- They stand out on a merch wall next to the usual twill dad hats and trucker caps.
- The rope and no-rope styles let you offer two looks in the same fabric.
How they fit
Every Lemon cap is one size with an adjustable plastic snapback, so you don't have to stock a size run. The crown is medium-stiff and mid-height. Our corduroy caps run a little bigger than our twill and ripstop ones, so if you're between snaps, go one tighter. For more detail, see how a snapback should fit and our FAQs.
Decorating corduroy caps
The front panel takes embroidery, patches, screen print and DTG. As with any blank, test the exact fabric before a big run. Wholesale pricing
Blank caps are priced by the total number of caps in the order, and you can mix corduroy caps with any of our other styles and colors:
- 12 to 143 caps: $6.95 per cap
- 144 to 499 caps: $6.25 per cap
- 500 to 999 caps: $5.75 per cap
- 1,000+ caps: $5.25 per cap
The minimum is 12 caps. Wholesale orders ship free in the US and leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Decorated orders are quoted separately.
