Fit and sizing

How do your caps fit?
Every Lemon cap is one size with an adjustable plastic snapback. They have a medium-stiff, mid-height crown. Most guys wear them on the second or third snap, and people with smaller heads usually go a little tighter. See our snapback fit guide for more.

Do some styles fit differently?
All caps are the same size, but the corduroy caps tend to fit a little bigger than the others. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you pick.

What are the caps made of?
It depends on the style. Corduroy: Gym Teacher in Collegiate Navy, Smoked Salmon and Buttermilk, and Concert Cap in Mint and Deep Teal. Cotton ripstop: Gym Teacher Pitch Black and the Woodsman in Bone, Olive, Teal Gray and Blue Gray. Cotton twill: Concert Cap in Light Navy, Snow and Seafoam, Country Cousin Tiger Camo, and the two-tone Dually. Denim: Denim Dreamboat. Duck camo: Country Uncle. Trucker with a mesh back: Feed Store. Each product page lists the fabric and color.

Where are your caps made?
All Lemon caps are made in China.

Shipping and returns

How fast do orders ship?
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking.

How much is shipping?
Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Your exact shipping options and cost are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. Online orders ship to US addresses only.

What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it's unworn and in its original condition. Email support@lemonheadwear.com to start a return. Custom or decorated items can't be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Full details are in our refund policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email support@lemonheadwear.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Custom hats

Can you put my logo on the caps?
Yes. Our sister company InkMule decorates Lemon caps with screen print or DTG and ships them to you. The minimum is 12 caps, and you can mix colors. Email support@lemonheadwear.com with your artwork and quantities for a quote and timeline. More on our custom hats page.

I decorate in-house. Will your blanks work?
Yes. Our blanks work with embroidery, patches, screen print and DTG. Our guide for decorators covers fabrics, fit and wholesale ordering.

Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale caps are $6.95 each for 12–143 caps, $6.25 for 144–499, $5.75 for 500–999 and $5.25 for 1,000 or more. The minimum is 12 caps, and you can mix any styles and colors to reach a tier. Every wholesale order ships free in the US within 1–2 business days. Apply here; we approve accounts within 24 hours. How do I place a wholesale order?
Once your account is approved, sign in and order in the wholesale portal. Your wholesale prices and volume tiers apply automatically there, and you can mix styles and colors. The regular product pages and checkout show retail prices, so please place wholesale orders in the portal. New buyers can apply here.

Can I try the caps before ordering wholesale?
Yes. Businesses can request a free 3-cap sample pack from the wholesale information page.

Who is Lemon Headwear?
Lemon Headwear LLC is a small team based in New Orleans, Louisiana, started in 2024 by three people with 25+ years in custom apparel and headwear. We make vintage-inspired caps in colors and fabrics you don't see everywhere. Read more about us.
