If you print, embroider or patch hats for your customers, the blank is half the product. A great logo on a flimsy, boring cap still looks like a giveaway. This guide covers what our blank snapbacks are made of, how they fit, which decoration methods they work with, and how wholesale ordering works.
The styles
Every Lemon cap is a one-size snapback with an adjustable plastic closure. Most styles have a flat brim, and many have a rope detail across the brim.
- The Gym Teacher: a coach's-hat shape in corduroy (Collegiate Navy, Smoked Salmon, Buttermilk) and cotton ripstop (Pitch Black).
- The Concert Cap: a rope cap in cotton twill (Light Navy, Snow, Seafoam) and corduroy (Mint, Deep Teal), plus the two-tone Dually and the Denim Dreamboat.
- The Woodsman: a rope cap in cotton ripstop (Bone, Olive, Teal Gray, Blue Gray).
- The Feed Store: a trucker cap with a mesh back, in Teal Gray & Tan and Duck Camo / Black.
- Camo: the Country Cousin in Tiger Camo and the Country Uncle in Duck Camo.

Fabrics, and why they matter for decoration
Corduroy has a soft, textured face with a vintage look. It gives a logo a lot of character.
Cotton ripstop has a fine grid weave and a slightly outdoorsy, workwear feel.
Cotton twill is the classic smooth cap fabric, and the easiest surface when you want crisp detail.
Denim, duck camo and tiger camo are for when the cap itself should stand out, and a simple one-color mark goes a long way.
Our blanks work with embroidery, patches, screen print and DTG. As with any blank, test a sample run on the exact fabric before a big order.
How they fit
The caps have a medium-stiff, mid-height crown. Most people wear them on the second or third snap, and people with smaller heads usually go a little tighter. The corduroy caps tend to fit a little bigger than the others. More detail is on our FAQs page.
