Why corduroy
Corduroy has a soft, ridged texture (the ridges are called wales) that gives a cap a vintage, lived-in look. It reads warmer and more interesting than a plain twill cap, and the color picks up depth from the texture.

How corduroy caps fit
Every Lemon cap is one size with an adjustable plastic snapback, and the crown is medium-stiff and mid-height. Corduroy caps tend to fit a little bigger than our other fabrics, so if you're between snaps, go one tighter. Most people wear our caps on the second or third snap. Each corduroy cap is $16. Orders ship in 1–2 business days, shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and unworn caps in their original condition can be returned within 30 days (see our refund policy).
Corduroy caps with your logo
Corduroy gives a logo a lot of character. Our blanks work with embroidery, patches, screen print and DTG; as with any blank, test the exact fabric before a big run.
